Hakone Kowaki-en Yunessun, a hot springs spa resort and water amusement park, stands just in front of the Hakone Hotel Kowaki-en.
Swimsuit Zone: From "The Gods' Aegean Sea", the main spa inside the dome, to the "Rodeo Mountain" outdoors, you'll find an array of fun spas here.
Towels, leisure wear(for inside the facility) and swimsuits are available to rent. Please feel free to use the services.

Naked Zone: Mori-no-yu offers traditional, gender segregated, Japanese open-air hot springs.
You'll find our open-air baths in simple Japanese gardens that offer great views of the Hakone volcano. "Private Baths", where you can fully enjoy onsen in complete privacy without interruptions, are also popular (additional fees apply).

Reputedly founded in 757, this shrine is where the Tokugawa and other samurai families worshipped. Its red tori gate is visible on the shore of Lake Ashi.
A reconstruction of Hakone Checkpoint on the Old Tokaido road, with figures used to reenact traveler searches. Takes visitors back to the Edo period.
The largest donjon in the Kanto area, reconstructed based on Edo period plans. Enjoy a great view of Sagami Bay from the top floor.
